Double Vision

“I looked like some mountain man’s girlfriend, and sometimes, that’s all I felt like,” remembers Andrea Ross. “It was easy to hide in Darren’s shadow–to let the world knock on his door first.”

But after an accident on Mt. Humphreys forced Andrea to draw on her EMT training and courage to coordinate a rescue, she reached a turning point in her relationship and the way she imagined her life.

    Dear Dirt bag Diaries team,
My name is Brendan, I live in a small town CT. I like so many listeners would be by many standards a weekend warrior of the road. About a year ago I listened to an episode about the Wonderland trail, at this point being an east coast native I never heard of it before. Needless to say as of three days ago I completed the trail. I am coming up on my 30th and life looks a little different ( unsure ) these days. This trip was to date one of the best experiences I have had. Since these three days of being home I have decided to finally put my house on the market and start the next chapter of my life. I wanted to thank you and the team for what you do. I look forward to the monthly inspiration, please keep it up!
