“I felt as though the Monarch Butterfly contained some special sort of wisdom that I could connect with,” says Benjamin Jordan. Inspired by the Monarch, he set out to do what no one had ever done before: recreate the migration of the Monarch Butterfly–by paraglider. Through this 5-month journey, Benjamin gained a deep respect for this fragile creature and a humble awareness of his own place in nature.

Thank you for this episode. This was great and enjoyed the listen! I love listening to your podcasts and keep up the amazing work. Also let’s all help save the Monarch
Solely because of this episode I purchased some local milkweed
I’m certainly not a big time writer, so maybe I should just shut up and listen, but the question answer intro is starting to feel a bit played out. To me it doesn’t feel as genuine as some of the other intros you folks have come up with through the years. It’s starting to remind me of a teacher I had in school who only let us start one essay a semester with a question.
This is loving feedback though. Your podcast always tug at my heart strings, and have brought me to tears (both happy and sad) on a number of occasions. Thanks for sharing such great stories!
